Refund Policy

How refunds work for digital credit purchases.

1. General Policy

All sales are final.

Credits are digital products. Once purchased, they are non-refundable unless required by consumer law in your jurisdiction.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered if:

  • Duplicate payment (accidental double charge)
  • Technical failure preventing credit use
  • Verified billing error

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

3. When We Can't Offer Refunds

We generally cannot issue refunds for:

  • Credits that have already been used
  • Accounts found to be in violation of our Content Policy
  • Platform abuse or fair use violations
  • Simply changing your mind

4. Chargebacks

Please reach out to us first if you have an issue! Unwarranted chargebacks may result in your account being suspended, and we'd rather help you sort it out directly.

  • Account email address
  • Transaction ID / Receipt number
  • Description of the issue
