1. Overview
Swap Dat Face provides AI powered face swap tools for creative use. We offer both free and paid features to help you create content.
By using the service, creating an account, or purchasing credits, you agree to these terms.
2. Free Tier
- 3 photo swaps per 24 hours
- No account required
- Automatic deletion after ~30 minutes
Free usage is provided "as is" and may be limited or modified at any time.
3. Paid Credits
- Credits are purchased as one time digital products
- Credits unlock additional swaps including GIF and video
- Credits do not expire
- Credits are tied to the purchasing account
- Accounts are required for paid features
Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
4. Retention Options
Default
~30 minute automatic deletion for all files.
Optional Extended
Up to 30 day retention (requires account). Users may manually delete content anytime.
Extended retention is optional and may be disabled in cases of abuse.
5. Accounts
- You are responsible for activity under your account
- You must provide accurate information
- You must not share access
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of policy.
6. Acceptable Use
Use of the service must comply with our Content Policy.
7. Payments
- Payments processed via Stripe
- Prices may change
- Taxes may apply depending on location
We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
8. No Guarantees
- Service provided "as is"
- No guarantee of uninterrupted service
- No guarantee of specific results
AI generated results are synthetic and may contain imperfections.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.
10. Changes
Terms may be updated. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
